Steve is a Design Draftsman in our Architectural Science department. He received his diploma from Seneca College in Civil Engineering Technology and is currently working towards obtaining his certification (C.E.T.). During his career Steve has worked for Lafarge North America, building knowledge of the production of construction materials and spent seven years working for an engineering consulting firm where he honed his skills in architectural and structural design as well as construction management.
Currently Steve is responsible for design and drafting of:
• Architectural and Structural Building Plans for New Construction
• Repairs and Retrofits to Structural Systems and Building Envelope Assemblies
• Architectural Detailing
• Lot Design Plans (Dwelling Conformance to By-Laws and Grading Design)
• Oil Spill and Fire Scene Investigation Plans
• Building Remediation Plans
