Mr. Flynn has completed hundreds of fire investigations including electrical, mechanical, chemical, product failures and electrical overheating failures.
He specializes in determining causation and origin evaluations of buildings pertaining to fire, heat, smoke, water and wind related damages including secondary damages. Responsible for evaluating buildings and heating installation with respect to Code compliance. Mr. Flynn is an expert on ladder falls, slip and fall, stairs injuries, scaffold falls, balcony falls, falls from roofs, cable fall accidents, pole falls, and vehicle injuries.
Performed numerous water damage investigations and mould evaluation assessments. Established remediation procedures, mould control protocols and sewer back-up remediation protocols.
Responsible for the investigation of claims, damages and Code issues with respect to over 300 oil spill investigations including examination of oil heating systems for Code compliance. Inspections have been performed to ensure systems are serviced/maintained according to industry standards and regulations. Coordinated metallurgical analysis and other failure testing procedures with other experts pertaining to oil equipment failures.
