Mr. D’Ornellas is a Professional Engineer with Rochon Engineering. He received his Bachelor of Engineering and Management from McMaster University and specialized in Electrical Engineering. Mr. D’Ornellas specializes in fire and explosion investigations, electrical failure investigations, evaluation of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment, evaluation of fire and security alarm systems, and Fire and Safety Code consulting. Mr. D’Ornellas has completed various courses relevant to his areas of expertise. Mr. D’Ornellas has conducted over 750 fire and explosion investigations and has testified numerous times as an expert witness at the Provincial Court level in Ontario.

- First thing I would buy if I won the lottery: Another lottery ticket. It is my lucky day.
- If Rochons gave you a month off to do any job in the world, what would it be? Professional athlete (preferably hockey or baseball, but I am not all that picky).
- Most interesting place I have worked: Rochon Engineering, of course!
- When I was a kid, I wanted to be: A doctor. That immdiately changed after watching a surgery on the Learning Channel. I have no stomach for blood.
- If I could be any animal, what would it be? A dog. Eat. Sleep. Get your belly rubbed. Can't beat it!
