Mr. Bayley is a professional engineer with Rochon Engineering. He completed his Baccalaureate of Engineering, in Materials Science and Engineering, at McMaster University. Mr. Bayley specializes in motor vehicle accident reconstructions, personal injury, and failure analysis. Mr. Bayley has developed skills in computer-aided accident simulations and animations, bodily injury severity investigations, and code consulting by completing relevant courses and through practical experience. Mr. Bayley has been trained at the renowned Institute of Police Technology and Management, the Society of Automotive Engineers and the Collision Safety Institute. Mr. Bayley has been qualified and has testified as an expert witness for the Superior Court of Justice in Hamilton, Ontario.
Personal Interest
- 'Hometown highlights': I grew up and played softball with olympic champion Adam van Koeverden. He couldn't convince me to join his Kayak club in grade 6.
- What do you do for R & R? Sailing and swimming, riding my bike, playing musical instruments, attending music events, inventing cooking recipes.
- If you wrote a book, what would it be about? The best places to eat and travel.
- Unique hobby or sport: I collect music instruments from my travels and menus from unique restaurants. I also enjoy performing magical arts/illusions.
- Famous people that I have run in to: David Suzuki, Stephen Lewis, Stephen Marley, John Mayer, Ben Harper.
- Back in the day: I earned my pilots license ... both the glider and power wings.
- Best feeling in the world: The sun on my face.
- Best meal ever eaten: Porterhouse Steak at Ruths Chris while celebrating having achieved Professional Engineering status.

- If Rochons gave you a month off to do any job in the world, what would it be? Scuba Diving instructor in Fiji, or stage hand to Paul McCartney & Ringo Starr.
